aint got no job, aint got no money

Some of you may have heard already but JD got laid off of work this last week (his last day is July 31st) - BOO! The company he has been working for recently has not been doing well and literally overnight shut down their UK branch and then laid off half their employees here leaving only 1 Mechanical Engineer - sounds to me like they are trying to save their butts money. Fortunately, we have been pretty lucky not to have to worry about this until now since the economy stinks. So, I am now keeping busy working on JD's resume, cover letter, and portfolio. Not to mention that I have taken it upon myself to schedule all of our dental appointments this month so we can max out our insurance! I'm not really panicked yet. I figure that I can pick up extra shifts at the hospital this month and then can start panicking the end of July...

    I'm so sorry to hear that your hubby lost his job. Hopefully everything works out and he finds something soon. GOOD LUCK!

    Oh I totally hear ya on this one! Ty got laid off from Eaton a week b4 X-mas and they still have not hired back! It stinks but you guys will pull thru! You'll figure it out, you just have to be creative! If you guys need anything, let me know! Luv ya hun!
