My goals while my hubby is in Canada were to get the kids back on a good sleep schedule, organize the house, and to catch up on my blogging - it sounded simple enough...well, none of it has happened yet; the kids are not on the greatest sleep schedule. Who knew Jackson was going to have a cruddy cold all week keeping him awake all night every night and who knew that it was going to storm 3 nights out 5 and keep Addy awake scared? And unfortunately, the closets have not gotten organized yet and I certainly have not been blogging so what on earth have I been up to? I have no idea! So when JD gets home from Canada and asks what I have been doing for the past 8 days, it is going to seem as though I have been lazy but I feel like I haven't even had time to breath! It must be a mom thing or something! Well - he will look at our bank account and find out that I have gone out for ice cream not once but twice, I have eaten out at least once a day, and bought Addy some new Wee Squeaks (not that he wont be able to hear them first! - yes these are the shoes that squeak) - What was I thinking? Then he is going to have the kids by himself the night he gets back since I have to work and wonder why on Earth Jackson wont sleep anywhere but in our bed. This is what happens when he leaves me alone for over a week with our two children!

OK - so I haven't really been totally worthless. I have been to the park several times, the pool once (and it was not leisurely with kids), my mom came down to play Saturday, I have worked of JD's resume, and have worked on a Father's Day gift with Addison and Jackson! Oh and I have been taking pictures of the kids, which brings me to share these photos...I let Addison hold Jackson so I could take a picture of the two of them together. Jackson looks a little unsure but doesn't Addison look like such a sweet and loving sister?

I did NOT tell her to strangle him!
