Not Me Monday...Already?

I cant believe it is Monday already....another Monday to brutally honest about what I did not do this past week!



I do not ever have sick kids in the house so how could I not be sick over a week now!? And since I am so not paranoid about having an infant during RSV season, I did not take Jackson's temperature 3 times this weekend just to find out he is just fine! And I did not find Addy dipping the rectal thermometer in vaseline to take Jackson's temperature yesterday! Speaking of being sick, I have not been to the Dr. office with Addy and Jackson a total of 3 times in 3 weeks (1 for Addy's ear - no infection, Jackson's pee-pee problem - fixed, and then Jackson's immunizations - sad).

I did not take Jackson to see his first chick flick at the theater b/c I swore I would never be that mom who brought her baby to the movie theater - nope not me! So I would not know that He's Just Not that into You was not a great movie - because I did not see it the other day!

I did not let my two-year old talk me into letting her have "just 1 sip" of my soda so I could get her to stop bugging me for 1 minute. Because I would not let me kids drink a sugary non-nutritious drink- not me! Addy has not been on this sugar high since Valentine's Day from all the candy - not my daughter! This is not why she is hyper and driving me crazy today!

And last - I am not off of maternity leave in exactly 1 week b/c why would I be counting down the days I have to go back to work! I am not at all sad about leaving my children overnight for 12 hours - Nope, NOT ME!
