2 Weeks Old

Jackson is 2 weeks old today and he is growing fast! He had his 2 week appointment a little early last week and he is already 8 lbs 3.5 oz. He is starting to wake up a little more and thank goodness b/c waking him up every 2-3 hours to eat and trying to get him to stay awake is driving me crazy! He is still the most laid back baby I have ever met.

Tomorrow will be quite a test since it will be the first day that I have 2 kids to take care of by myself. We have been so fortunate to have grandparents down this last week helping with Addy and Jackson, the cleaning, and the cooking. Thank you everyone who has sent food! I wont have to worry about cooking for weeks to come with all our leftovers!

Addison is feeling much better except that now she has an ear infection that keeps her up at night (she has had a rough week). Jackson is doing good. His shoulder does not seem to bother him too much, but still doesn't look right compared to his other shoulder and has a bump on it. Hopefully it will be fully healed in a couple of weeks! I can't wait because I am always so paranoid about it. Addy has a Christmas concert tomorrow night for daycare so it will our first outing with Jackson! I will get pictures posted soon!
